Toyin Banjo is the Chief Executive Officer, Oriental Capital and Asset Management Group and the Vice Chairman, BonnyLight Energy and Offshore Limited.
He has decades of experience in capital raising (debt, equities, and hybrids) and Financial Advisory Services (Mergers and Acquisition, Corporate restructuring, Privatization Advisory Services, and Project Financing) across the Financial Sector, Oil and Gas, Real Estate Development, and Agro Commodities Export.
In 2012, he founded Oriental Capital and Asset Management Group with subsidiaries in Oil, Gas and Energy (Bonny Light Energy & Offshore Ltd), Agro commodities Trading/Export (Industrial Commodities Ltd), Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Bluesworth Resources), Real Estate Development (Roseworth Ventures), Financial Services (Harvestfield BDC Ltd /Oriental Capital).
An astute Corporate and Investment Banker; an analyst in domestic and international trade services and operations and a corporate transformation strategist with expertise in acquisition and advisory, Toyin Banjo has garnered tremendous experience and business acumen.
Prior to establishing Oriental Capital and Asset Management Group, he served at top executive levels across multinationals, commercial and merchant banks including Metropolitan Merchant Bank (UBA), Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank Plc), FCMB, among others.
Toyin Banjo holds both Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Economics as well as an MBA. He is a Certified Econometrics and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is an FCA; a member of the Fellows of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, University of Lagos, and IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
Barr. (Mrs) Stella-Maris Okoye is the Company Secretary, Oriental Capital and Asset Management Group.
With vast experience in Corporate and company law, her prior engagements include State Counsel at the Ministry of Justice, Kwara State in 1981; Manager, Legal United Bank for Africa Plc 1984-1997; Company Secretary/Legal Adviser and AGM Corporate Service Group of the then Metropolitan Bank Plc, 1999 to 2006.
She is an alumnus of the University of Nigeria, Nsuka, Faculty of Law (1980). She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and, Barrister-at-Law (BL) from the Nigeria Law School (1981).
Professor Akintade Dare is the Chairman of Oriental Capital and Asset Management Group, a company with diversified business interests spanning several sectors including Financial Services and Asset Management, Oil & Gas, Energy/Power, Agro Commodities, Insurance, Real Estate Development as well as International Trade Advisory Services.

Prior to his return to Nigeria in 2008, he was a Professor of Oral Maxillofacial Radiology at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, United States of America.
He is a 1989 Dental Fellow of the Japanese International Cooperation Association (JICA), a 1991 Monbusho Fellow of Japanese Government and Awardee of the 1996 Marquis World Publication “Who is who in Science & Engineering”.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of DarexScanViewInternational Ltd., a member of the Japanese Society of Oral Maxillofacial Radiology, the American Academy of Oral Maxillofacial Radiology, and the New York Academy of Sciences.
